Absolutely amazing, especially for people who are not too keen on coconut. Sweet yet salty, a wonderful combination. Will make again and probably add some pecans next time

This recipe is easy to follow and makes for yummy treats! My boyfriend was the first taster of them and he loved it! I doubled the recipe because I’m sharing some with friends this holiday season!

I made these and brought some to work and my coworkers raved. I used coconut oil instead of shortening which I highly recommend for many reasons, but mainly because it brings the coconut flavor out!

I was surprised how well the cookies turned out. Not much coconut flavor, though.

We didn't have chocolate chips on hand so we left them out. But these were delicious without them as well!
