Relatively quick and easy to put together! I subbed the green beans with frozen edamame (added directly to the pan without thawing) and added water chestnuts and it was PERFECT. This will be a great quick go-to dinner meal to use up whatever frozen or fresh green veggies I have laying around the kitchen. NOTE: the 1st time I made this recipe, I never worked with lemongrass before. Make sure you remove the fibrous stalk part before throwing in the blender/food processor.
