A recipe to keep! I would make it time and again. I used Thai Kitchen thin rice noodles instead of Ramen from the package. I also added spinach. Next time I'll add more broth.
Delish!

I loved this recipe! So tasty. Although I did add a bit more broth as the noodles soaked up so much of the liquid.

I liked it, very warming on a cold night. Lots of flavor, I added sliced squid witch worked out well. Thanks for the recipe.....

This is very tasty and quick. A great weeknight meal. I added an extra cup of broth to make more it more soupy but other than that it was really good.

Takes almost no time to prepare and easy to follow. I have to add more salt but otherwise the recipe is great. Would recommend freshly chopped cilantro over minced ones for even better smell.
