Amazing. Added some cayenne and carrots (2) also added another cup broth as it was a little thick, it turned out great. Will make it again & again.

Easy meal to put together and was surprisingly loved by the entire family (can be out of sync at times). I definitely recommend for those lunch or suppers where ideas aren’t flowing 😉.

Absolutely amazing! I didn’t have curry paste, but I did have red curry powder. I added more ginger. Very flavorful... highly recommend
Edit: made this a second time, it was better than the first!! I added a splash of lime juice and it really gave it a nice flavor. Seems like this will be a weekly addition to our grocery runs.

Had this yesterday, the only thing that I would substitute would be the Cilantro, as I do not care for it. But to be fair it was not particularly strong in the dish and was quite mello, well proportioned.
This was delicious. And I will be adding this to my recipes.

This soup is amazing. I've made it twice now and it lasts 3-4 days. I can eat it all week - it's very filling and absolutely delicious.
