I can't stand how amazing this dish is. I feel 5 stars isn't enough. I easily divided the ingredients in thirds to make just one serving (I just didn't dish out all the sauce), and my tastebuds went wild. So easy, so much flavor, and very satisfying. Definitely will include this as a weekly favorite and it will be on my list of meals for special guests. Big win.
