Delicious! I use red curry paste instead of tomato paste and this soup is a hit every time!

This recipe is awesome! I did add a diced sweet potato - nice flavor recipe though is a bit confusing as it uses cup & tablespoon measurements then switches over to millileters

This soup was amazing and very comforting. I added other veg like carrots and cauliflower, a teaspoon of paprika and half the coconut milk. I used the leftovers and added chicken to make a midweek curry with rice.

Very easy, very good. Solid all around lentil curry dish. Yum! I didn't have the diced tomatoes or paste but used some extra broth and diced some bell peppers and even a couple radishes I needed to use up. added a few dashes of a Garam Masala spice mix too. Delish!

This is my favorite dish. Nothing is missing! I usually use light coconut milk and lots of cilantro.
