This coconut chicken curry recipe was delishious. It has fewer ingredients than some other like recipes, but the flavor, texture, and aroma are right up there with the more complicated, and expensive, recipes. I’ll be making this again. Could have added a bit more curry, though. That piquant curry taste that I love got kinda lost among all the accompanying spices.
