- 3 Tbsp. white wine vinegar (or cider vinegar)

- 5.6 oz. full fat coconut milk (unsweetened)
- 3 cups peas
- 4 filets (thick white fish)
- 1/3 cup starch (enough to dredge, I used potato starch but cornstarch is fine too)
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 3/4 cup panko crumbs
- 3/4 cup coconut flakes (unsweetened)
- 3 Tbsp. coconut oil
