If you’re trying to get more fish into your diet, then this a a good recipe to start with. The sweetness of the honey is offset by the lime juice and makes for a good mix. Thawing the fish in a bit of milk helps remove any fishy flavor. We have tried this recipe with both regular panko as well as panko seasoned with Italian seasonings. In either case, they worked nicely. I’m sure you can use any combination of your favorite herbs and spices to customize the flavor to satisfy your palette.

Very tasty - a bit sweet with coconut I had available, plus honey, so will adjust and try again!
