- 1/3 cup coconut flour (can also use peanut flour or almond flour)
- 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1/2 cup protein powder (Vanilla Cream, choice)
- 3 Tbsp. coconut flakes
- 1 dash canela
- 1/3 cup raw honey (or maple syrup.)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla bean (or vanilla Extract.)
- 1/4 tsp. butter extract (optional)
