Amazing recipe! This was my first time making curry and it turned out delicious. I used tomato sauce instead of tomato paste because that is what I had at home. Will definitely be making this again!

I’d leave out or reduce the chicken broth, mine came out watery. Also: I’d add a lot of ground coriander to make the flavors more complex and half the sugar. But, it’s tasty as-is an an easy recipe, so I’ll make again.

Added a tablespoon of garam masala and it made a huge, delicious difference 😋

so delicious! I used tomato sauce instead of crushed tomatoes (out of convenience for what I had on hand). I think I would reduce the chicken broth amount to a half cup next time though.

Fab, will be making it again! I actually didn’t put any additional tomato paste, as the tinned tomatoes I used were already covered in tomato sauce

great! a lot of liquid so i added 2 cans chick peas. i skipped the sugar and added cayenne because we like heat!

I would sauté the vegetables separately and then add to the sauce towards the end so they do not water down the sauce. We also added serrano peppers as the green curry we bought was not very spicy....but we do love a lot of spice.

This is a go to dish … added a few different things to it like a curry paste instead of the curry powder…This is a great dish … thank you everyone really enjoyed it.

This is my basic chicken curry EXCEPT I use chicken on the bone. More flavor and body. I use leg quarters(more flavor). It's an EXCELLENT!

I make a version of this often. I add a tablespoon or so of fish sauce, lime and lime zest, some red pepper flakes, sweet bell peppers, and even a few peanuts. Carrots and celery can add a little crunch.

The recipe as written is disappointing. Tomato flavor is too much. I increased the curry powder, added carrots and bell peppers, turmeric and cut the chicken broth down to 1/2 cup. It still needs something else. Had to add too much salt for flavoring. Would elimate the tomatoe paste next time, drain the tomstoes, and continue to increase curry. Would also add pineapple or fresh mango. Will see...might just look for a different recipe.

The tomato taste over powers this recipe - very disappointing when you are craving curry.

This dish was very tasty and comforting. I added shrimp, onion powder, paprika, cumin and some potatoes. Delish!

My husband would kill for me too make this again I added cumin, paprika and a little bit of flour to thicken the sauce up

Added some paprika and cumin for more spice. Also added a green bell pepper and carrot to the pot! You only need about 1 cup of chicken broth thats all I used and it was plenty enough
