After trying several others, this was my favorite. I omitted the shredded coconut. Also, don’t ruin the health benefits by using FAKE syrup. Either real maple or honey will do too.

It is my go to snack when I need a few bites of sweetness. I have made this four times in the last few weeks and I really like it. It's even good with regular coconut milk, just not as thick like pudding.

Amazing. First time trying chia pudding and I was impressed. Nice smooth taste. I'm going to add berries. Good amount of servings for 2 people.
