Easy and delicious! Would definitely make it again, added some turmeric as well

Great idea and easy, but lacked depth and flavor even with the full fat coconut milk and curry. I added some peanut butter and crushed peanuts, but still needs some work.

Easy and delicious! Excellent with lime and coconut rice and air fried okra strips on top.

Perfect combination of spicy and notes of sweetness. I added a teaspoon of coconut oil just to give it a bit more of that flavor. Light, healthy and simple to make. Love this recipe!

Very good! Though I give it three stars because of the flavor came of my own making—adding coriander and cumin and various other spices had I just added curry paste and salt and pepper like the recipe called for, I believe it would have been very bland

It was good. I went a bit heavy handed on the curry paste and jalapeno which I will reduce a bit next time

So tasty. Great taste, bit of a kick. We added roasted cashews for protein and it just made it better.

It could have just been the curry paste I used, but we didn't find this very flavorful.

very tasty and super easy to make. the sauce was a bit runny for how I like my curry, but overall it was still great

lovely easy curry. With mash potatoes, rice or chips... substituted coconut milk with almond cream, due to allergy for coconut.

Weirdly semi bland but with a bit of a heat kick to it. Pretty good tho if you know what you’re getting into. Go easy on the jalapeño, super simple to make.

This meal turned out great. Even after looking over the ingredients several times, I still thought shrimp was in the list, so shrimp became part of the ingredients... I guess I secretly wanted shrimp!

A little bland and the sauce was a bit thin. But with some tweaks it has potential.

Awesome flavours - used curry leaves instead of paste and brown rice + quinoa for garnish.
