- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup cream of coconut (sweetened, like Coco Lopez, not canned coconut milk)
- 26 1/2 jars Nutella (you won't need all of it)
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup cream of coconut
- 8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (room temperature)
- 1 Tbsp. cream of coconut
- 1 tsp. coconut extract
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3 cups confectioners' sugar
- 2 Tbsp. heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups toasted shredded coconut
