- 1 cup crushed pineapple (drained, You can sub ripe banana)
- 1/2 cup full-fat canned coconut milk (see nutrition link below, for a lower-fat option)
- macadamia nuts (optional)
- shredded coconut (optional)
- rum extract (optional)
