- 2 Tbsp. butter (optional. I used it, but don't think it needs it next time)
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- 2 tsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 1/2 tsp. ground coriander
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. chili paste (or 1-2 tsp red chili flakes)
- 1 inch ginger (piece of, peeled and grated)

This is really delicious. I’m cutting carbs so I served it over riced cauliflower. It’s not the prettiest dish, so I may try adding some broccoli next time for color. I had to add some additional salt and ground ginger at the end because it was a little bit bland. Just taste it before serving and adjust as needed. Will definitely make it again.
