- 1 lime
- 6 basil leaves (large)
- 1 Tbsp. fish sauce (Red Boat is made without any sugar)
- 1 tsp. coconut aminos (or tamari)
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 broiler chicken (cut into 8 pieces, breasts, thighs, drumsticks and wings)
- 2 Tbsp. ghee (or avocado oil)
