I'm giving this recipe four stars, because overall, I think the taste is pretty good. The muffins were easy to make, and have a nice moist consistency. I am a little confused with the nutritional information though. Yummly states that the total fat content is 12gms, but the website states one muffin contains 16gms of saturated fat. So, I skipped the coconut oil and used vegetable oil instead.
