- 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. fine sea salt
- 1/2 cup buttery spread (vegan, softened)
- 1/2 cup dry red wine (I used a Chianti)
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup Dutch-processed cocoa powder (this is my favourite, but I used this one because I had it on hand)
- 1/2 cup sorghum flour
- 1/4 cup chickpea flour
- 1/2 cup teff flour
- 1/4 cup tapioca starch
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds (ground)
- 1 tsp. guar gum
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 cup chocolate chunks (allergy-free semi-sweet)
