- 1 lb. salmon fillet
- slaw
- 1 cup green mango (thinly sliced)
- 1 cup jicama (peeled and thinly sliced)
- 1 cup red cabbage (thinly sliced)
- 1 red bell pepper (thinly sliced)
- 1/3 cup cilantro (or culandro, finely chopped)
- 1 cup greek yogurt (plain)
- 1/4 cup lime juice (preferably freshly squeezed)
- 2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. honey (+ 1 tsp)
- 1 Tbsp. cumin
- 2 tsp. chilli powder (optional)
