- 285 grams sultanas (mixed, and raisins)
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 tsp. mixed spice (ground)
- 2 large free range eggs (lightly beaten)
- 250 mL milk
- 2 Tbsp. golden syrup
- plain flour (for dusting)
- 400 mL double cream
- 200 mL semi-skimmed milk
- 4 egg yolks (large free-range)
- 4 Tbsp. caster sugar
- 4 Tbsp. drambuie
