This was absolutely horrible. The spice levels are obviously wrong. Unfortunately, I did not figure this out until I was already in the middle of the recipe. 2.5 tsp of salt for one pound of pork equates to eating brine. 1.5 tsp of crushed red pepper would be inedible. There must have been some conversion error between what was entered and what was displayed to the public. This recipe should be removed from this website until corrected. This ruined Valentines Day morning.
