This sounded exactly like the clear broth beef noodle soup I had recently! That soup was amazing and so is this one - I def agree with cleansing the beef to produce a cleaner broth. I love the bone in beef shank and find it locally for a great price and always keep on hand for making soup!
Thank you for sharing this recipe. I may have many fabulous Asian restaurants near by but I love cooking too! Excited I could recreate at home
