- 2 cups napa cabbage (or red, cut into strips)
- 1 cup carrot slaw (packaged broccoli-)
- 1 Orange (or yellow bell peppers, cut into strips)
- 4 scallions (green onions, green parts only, slice diagonally)
- 1 handful cilantro (finely chopped)
- 1/4 cup goji berries
- peanuts (Handful of chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. soy (low-sodium, I use Bragg’s Liquid Aminos Soy Sauce Substitute)
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp. chili paste (sambael oelek; more or less depending on your spice tolerance, but a little goes a long way)
- ground pepper
