- 1/2 head cauliflower (trimmed and cut into florets)
- 1 handful french beans (haricot verts)
- ground black pepper
- fine sea salt
- 6 spring onions (chopped)
- 1 knob butter
- cheese (several large handfuls of grated well flavoured, I used kick ass onion and garlic cheddar)
- 225 mL single cream (1 cup mixed with 1 tsp grainy Dijon mustard)
- white bread crumbs (buttered soft)
