- 2 lb. ground turkey (I used 1 pound of 99% lean ground turkey and 1 pound of 93% lean ground turkey)
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 4 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 3 cups tomatoes (strained)
- 1 1/2 cups chopped tomatoes
- 2 tsp. dried basil
- 1 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 4 red peppers
- 3 carrots (large, peeled and sliced)
- 1 sweet potato (sliced and quartered)
