- 1 cup buckwheat flour
- 1 cup oat flour (just oats processed into flour in a food processor)
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. canela
- 2/3 cup raisins
- 2/3 cup dates (chopped, just normal ones, don't use Medjool)
- 1/2 cup dried apricots (chopped)
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar (I used Coconom Turmeric and Tamarind)
- 3/4 cup nuts
- almonds
- 3/4 cup seeds (mixed, . I used sunflower seeds, sesame seeds and flax-seeds)
- 2 eggs (chia, 2 tbsp chia seeds + 6 tbsps of water, mix and let sit for 10 min)
- 1 cup non dairy milk
- macadamia
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
