    I feel bad giving this five stars because I changed a lot, so I don’t think I’m really reviewing this recipe. After reading reviews this was bland, I added a homemade taco seasoning to the chicken thighs (personal preference) before I did anything. I also added diced onion on top of the tomatoes and salsa. I also served with cheese and guacamole on top. We weren’t really sure how to eat this. One person voted it bad for tortillas because this made the tortillas super soggy. I ate it kind of like soup. It would be hard to call it soup because there wasn’t enough liquid to it. Another ate it with tortilla chips and said it went well that way. I may have to try this with rice. In any event, this was good and will be made again.

    Very Good! I seasoned the chicken when in put it in the crock pot and added onions, then the rest of the of ingredients. I will be making this again.

    So easy and everyone loved it. I added garlic salt, cumin, and black pepper when it was done cooking. I served it with yellow rice, chips, salsa, and guacamole.

    Yum!!! I did it all in a pot on the stove. It turned out great! I threw it all in at once and cooked it with a lid until the chicken was cooked through. it tasted delicious!

    I made this on the stove, I didn't have time for a crockpot. It still turned out delicious. Great in a tortilla.

    I ended up with waay more than 4 servings. Also, didn't use the slow cooker. I roasted my own small chicken, and added it to the other ingredients. I added the corn and salsa last. Yummmmm!

    Tasty! Converted to oven because I was short on time. Also had to use canned corn. Had great color and texture.

    Big hit in our household. Had over baked potato's with homemade Guacamole and Sour Cream, and over rice with Cilantro. Added a little more of the spices to bring out more flavour and it worked out really well!
