I really liked the flavors in this recipe, but I do think it needs a little extra something (tbd what that is). It also turned out a little watery but that may have been caused by the salsa I used, so I might try using a really chunky salsa in the future.

My wife used the chicken and made a burrito, she loved it. I had it with rice, my 5 and 3 year old boys ate it all.
