- 100 grams dates (soaked in hot water for 15 minutes and then drained)
- 2 eggs (chia, 2 tbsp chia seeds + 6 tbsp water mixed together, let rest for 10 minutes)
- 70 grams cashew butter (I used almond butter)
- 45 grams coconut oil (melted)
- 45 mL unsweetened almond milk (or any other dairy free milk, I used Rice Dream Vanilla)
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 50 grams date syrup (you could use brown rice syrup, coconut sugar or maple syrup too)
- 20 grams ground flax seeds (you could use ground almonds too)
- 50 grams cacao powder
- 30 grams coconut flour
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts (roughly, or hazelnuts)
