- 3 bananas (medium spotty)
- 1 cup spelt flour
- 1/2 cup cacao powder (or cocoa)
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 cup coconut oil (melted)
- 1/4 cup milk (I used Provamel coconut and rice milk)
- 1 egg (chia, 1 tbsp chia seeds + 3 tbsp water)
- 1/2 cup cocoa nibs (or you could use dark chocolate sugar, but watch the sugar)
- 1 pinch salt
- liquid sweetener (Couple of tablespoons of, if you prefer something a bit more sweet, honey, maple syrup or date syrup)
