- 1 cup tequila (Good, Clayton likes Casamigos, you can do a little less if you don't want it as strong)
- 1/4 cup Cointreau
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/2 cup simple syrup
- 1 tsp. egg whites (fresh or out of the carton is fine!)
- Tajin (for serving, a sprinkle of kosher salt is okay if you don't have tajin)
