- 1 cup water
- 2 stalks green onions (green part, chopped)
- 15 grams fermented black beans
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 Tbsp. oyster sauce
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. light soy sauce
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. Shaoxing wine
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper (powder)
- 1 stalk green onions (large segments)
- 2 tsp. oil
- 2 tsp. white vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 shallot (sliced)
- 2 stalks green onions (white part, smashed)
- 4 stalks cilantro (add more if you like cilantro)
- 4 slices ginger
- 90 mL water
- 1 Tbsp. light soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. dark soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. oil
