- 3 1/4 boneless pot roast
- 1 pkg. pot roast (Sauerbraten, recipe mix)
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 1 Tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar (optional)

Directions
- Heat olive oil in a Dutch oven or large saucepot over medium-high heat and brown roast. Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer covered about 2-1/2 hours or until roast is fork-tender, turning occasionally. Serve with steamed potatoes.
