Directions
- Lightly season chicken with salt and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil over in deep 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat and brown chicken, about 8 minutes; drain. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer covered 25 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
