    i am pretty sure I was making these for a while with only 2 c flour and they were soooo good. lately when I make them they are too dry. so im going to try the less-flour method next time and see.

    Great! I added less coconut oil and more applesauce as the reviews mentioned. The cookies are delicious!

    They were very tasty! A little too much oil in my opinion. I would cut it down to a 1/2 cup and add a 1/4c extra apple sauce next time. I refrigerated half the dough and made half right away. They came out exactly the same

    these are fantastic cookies. little adjustments may be needed for your own preferences but the taste and texture are fantastic.

    Delicious! They were soft and chewy but not overly sweet. I used the unrefined coconut oil and everyone loved the slight taste of coconut. Will definitely be making again.
