- 2 slices multigrain bread (toasted, feel free to use any type of bread you like)
- 3 slices tomato
- 1 romaine leaf
- vegan butter (for the Toast)
- 1 pkg. fish (Good Catch, Free Tuna Naked in Water)
- 1 Tbsp. vegan mayo (I used Vegenaise from Follow Your Heart)
- 1 green onion (sliced)
- 1 rib of celery (chopped)
- 1 dill pickle (Medium, Chopped, I love and only use Bubbies)
- 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1/3 tsp. kelp granules (Optional but I like the extra oceany flavor)
- salt
- pepper
