    Turned out awesome!!! I put a cajun touch to it and added jalapeños, garlic, cheese and a little cayenne pepper. First time making stuffed bell peppers and it's was delicious.

    Takes a while to put together, at least 45 mins (way longer than recipe listed 15 minutes) flavors are good and it is easy to make I add Mexican cheese on top for last 5 minutes of baking

    Very good, we added cumin, and chopped up the peppers and added them to the mix then rolled them up in tortillas. Family loved it!

    You cant mess this recipe up but i agree its a little flavourless. I added cajun seasoning and parmesan on top just to make it more tasty!

    Not enough salt in this dish with only 1/8 tsp. Taste was okay but needs more spices such as Italian seasoning.

    The peppers needed to boil longer. They were not as "squishy" as they should have been. Other than that the flavor was delicious! I will definitely make again!
