This turned out dry for me I followed the directions but I think 300 degrees and the recommended length of time were too much I have since read the blog intro that says a different temp that 300 so perhaps it should have been cooked at a lower temp. I’m going to move on and try a different pot roast recipe next time.

cooking for the first hour and half on 250 covered then 350 uncovered on bottom rack and added veggies in the last 30 mins this is a great way to slow cook without a slow cooker
