An excellent basic recipe for pork fried rice. I used basmati rice which came out well and required less de-clumping. I do strongly recommend a rice cooker, which is what I used. I normally use day-old cold rice for fried rice but with the cooker, I was able to incorporate immediately and cook the rice while the pork loin roasted.

Tasty but a little over powered by the pork flavor.

Really nice. I used some leftover pork roast from New Year’s Day and added peas and carrots.

Really yummy! More authentic than many I've tried before. Didn't have the time to do the cha Siu, but definitely will next time. Used the flavors but didn't bbq. It was still good. A great way to use left over rice.
