My grandma used a marinade really similar to this. Produces pork that is juicy, salty, and delicious, just like grandma used to make!
Ingredients

- 100 mL soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. olive oil
- ground black pepper (to taste)
- 4 pork loin chops (or pork steaks)

Directions
- Combine ingredients together in a shallow dish. Add pork chops, and turn to coat both sides evenly. Cover, and refrigerate for 1 hr.

Great marinade, porkchops were nice and juicy. The only thing I might change is to reduce the soya sauce or use a low sodium soy sauce.

Excellent everyone enjoyed the dinner and the leftovers for lunch the next day.
