Made last night sooooooo delicious!!! I did not have almond extract so I used a tablespoon of lemon juice.

denser than I expected and didn't rise as much as I was hoping, but it was very lovely nonetheless. I added lemon zest to the batter, to give it a nice zesty taste. would make again

Very different type of flavor than I’m normally used to but after 2-3 bites I was hooked!
