- 2 peppers (Scotch bonnet, yellow is my favorite!, to taste)
- 1/3 cup oil (vegetable/ canola/coconut, not olive oil)

- 2 tsp. curry powder (Carribean/Jamaican-style)
- 1 tsp. dried thyme (heaping)
- 2 bay leaves (dried)
