Excellent! I wanted a classic meatloaf, and this met my expectations. I was unsure about the oats, but nobody at your dinner table will ever guess oats. A great simple recipe that you can easily customize. I added a splash of Worcestershire and a dash of garlic powder. My sis makes a great loaf with shredded carrots, and perhaps I’ll throw in some of those next time. Looking forward to a thick slice on my meatloaf sandwich at lunchtime tomorrow!

i varied it a little. used 1/2 lean ground sirloin & 1/2 ground chuck. added 1 tspn bourbon bbq to the glaze. sauteed the peppers & onions before adding. added 1 extra egg & extra bread crumbs because i had 2 pounds of meat. it was great!

Very good. I made a bit more of the ketchup sauce and added some to the meat before cooking because I always add ketchup to my meatloaf. And I let the oats soak in the milk and egg for a couple of minutes as well. It will make nice sandwiches tomorrow.

Awesome simple recipe that my family loves! The sauce is a little on the sweet side, so I reduce the brown sugar, and add a little garlic powder. I use a grater on the onions (as opposed to chopped). Kids love it!

AMAZING! I added extra seasoning of course. My boyfriend and I don’t like meatloaf, but this was SPECTACULAR! Definitely recommend.

The meatloaf was great. I used breadcrumbs I already had in lieu of oatmeal. I did some minced garlic and a bit of italian seasoning but it didn't make it taste like Italian meatballs. I also covered it in foil so the top wouldn't burn. I took it off for the last 15 min to let it brown.
