My husband and I loved it, just like our mothers used to make, only they used breadcrumbs, but the panko was awesome.

I will definitely be making this again! I would recommend leaving the pasta very Al dente though, since mine ended up basically melting. Additionally, using bigger bread crumbs tastes better than smaller ones that sink in and create a weird texture.
