    I've done this recipe a few times. It's very good but it's better with a pinch less salt and aged white cheddar instead of yellow cheddar. Adding corn is a great addition too.

    I substituted parmesan cheese for the Romano and added swiss cheese, I also did half whipping cream/2% milk. This was so tasty! Definitely will make again!

    Didn’t use one of the cheeses as directed. Instead used one cup cheddar, one cup pepper jack, and about a cup of provolone. Came out great! Loved it will definitely make again and maybe try other cheeses too

    Delicious. My dad and boyfriend loved it too. I halved this recipe and it came out great. Be sure to taste the bechamel after adding the cheese to adjust seasoning.
