- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup brewed coffee (strongly, or 1 ounce espresso)
- cinnamon (for sprinkling, optional)
- 1 Tbsp. chocolate syrup (optional)

Directions
- Pour milk into a saucepan set over medium heat. Cook until steam rises from the surface and milk just begins to bubble around the edges. Do not boil.
- Transfer milk to blender pitcher and use the frother/beater blade of your KitchenAid® 5-Speed Hand Blender to create foam. Keep the blade toward the surface of the milk and move it up and down for thicker foam.
- Fill a small coffee cup 1/3 full with coffee or espresso, 1/3 full with milk and the remaining 1/3 with foam.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon (optional)
- Add chocolate syrup to the mug (optional).
