- 1 1/2 cans crushed tomatoes (28 ounces sized can)
- 1 tomato sauce (can, 29 ounce sized can)
- 2 Tbsp. red wine
- 1/4 cup chicken stock
- 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
- 2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
- 4 oz. goat cheese (Montchevre Plain)
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 1/2 tsp. basil (chopped)
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (freshly shredded Stella)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- lasagna noodles (can use no boil or make sure they are already prepared)
- 4 cups fresh mozzarella cheese (Stella)
- shredded Parmesan cheese (Stella, for garnish, optional)
- parsley (for garnish, optional)
