This was so quick and delicious! Put some rice in the cooker and in less than half an hour you'll have yourself a full blown meal.
I didn't have the spice mentioned so I used 2 different kinds of japanese chili pepper. One had orange peel in it which added some extra flavor. Absolutely will make again and again and again. 😋

I'm not usually a fan of tofu, but I really enjoyed this! Ate it over rice with some sriracha.
