Am pleasantly surprised how much better this is with frozen beans vs canned. Will definitely make this quick version again.

It turned out great. I added fresh chopped mushrooms. I forgot that my aunt usually adds water chestnuts to add a bit more crunch. I will do that next time. It wasn’t mushy at all. Very good.

I really enjoyed it, especially because it’s easy to make as well as pretty tasty. As a person who lives alone it’s perfect for dinner and lunch the next day!

Great recipe I used 2x canned French style (well drained) and crouton substitutes. It’s a keeper!
